We specialize in technique instruction and injury prevention programming for first responders, athletes, and individuals looking to reclaim their lives through movement. Our focus is on educating proper lifting technique, improving movement efficiency, and preventing injury through individualized coaching at our facility located in the Bay Area.

THE WFSS OBJECTIVE:

Two men lifting a barbell in a gym with an American flag on the wall.

INJURY PREVENTION = PRIORITY.

The Wildfire Strength System is designed around conventional strength and power development, as well as endurance and mobility. This is real-world, service demands-based training.

The WFSS program incorporates new-age strategies while utilizing the time-tested methods pioneered by those before us.

Two men standing in a room resembling a medical office or gym, one wearing a black tank top with a dragon graphic, the other in a black polo shirt, with posters on knee injuries on the wall behind them.
A young man is riding an exercise bike indoors, wearing a gray T-shirt and black pants, with a plain wall in the background.

What is Wildfire Strength System?

  • Conducting a forced entry, lifting a 350 lb+ gurney, climbing a high-rise…

Maybe even just picking up and holding your kids

…Life and its events, whether you serve the community or not, can jeopardize your health if not properly prepared.

    To put it into perspective:

The NFPA reports that in 2024, strains, sprains, and muscular pains were the leading type of injuries during all non-fireground activities, particularly during weight training.

What does that mean? The education, when it comes to heavy lifting and training for such high levels of physical activity, is lacking and inconsistent.

  • 1) Discipline

To get up every day with purpose. Recognize that every moment there is an opportunity to get better.

What happens when things don’t go as planned?

    Improvise. Adapt. Overcome.

    2) Character

Going through the hardest day with a smile. Being the leader amongst your classmates or coworkers. Using your strength to lift those around you to higher levels, leaving no one behind.

    3) Dreams

Believing that there is always more to learn, more to grow, and more to accomplish. Hold on to that dream you have, it’s there for a reason.
