  • Tailored to those who are committed to service, this is everything that is the Wildfire Strength System.

    Combining injury prevention with strength development strategies to better your ability as a first responder.

  • Whether you want to get stronger in your sport, or are looking to get started on your journey, this is tailored to any individual.

    The objective: A stronger, faster, and capable body.

  • This is the education-dominant approach, with a heavy emphasis on technical movements. This program focuses on building foundational, long-term habits in your everyday movement pattern to help prevent future injuries from occurring in your workplace or lifestyle.

    I am taking away the heavy weights and replacing them with balance, mobility, and coordination drills. This program is recommended for those who seek to improve the small details and/or return to normal movement.

    If you have sustained past injuries in your sport or occupation, it is advised to see a licensed physical therapist before beginning this program.

  • For those who are not in the area or are seeking a more affordable option. While I emphasize and encourage in-person coaching, this option is for those who are not local to the Bay and still seek my knowledge and services.

    Includes:

    • Custom Online Program via VOLT Athletics

    • Weekly/Monthly check-ups

    • Progression tracking
